What You Will Be Doing:

At Helion, we aim to create a positive, captivating experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting process; Recruiting Coordinators are instrumental in this effort. Acting as part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will coordinate the recruitment activities through various stages of the hiring process. You will also ensure a smooth flow of proactive information between recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.

You Will:

  • Ensure effective communication with hiring managers and recruiters to identify scheduling needs and onsite interview activities
  • Manage multiple active candidates at various stages in the recruiting process at any given time, providing high-quality candidate experiences
  • Maintain required forms, records, and other candidate information with a security-focused mindset
  • Stay organized while handling multiple parallel projects and tasks, being able to prioritize relevant action items effectively
  • Work with a candidate management system, along with other software platforms, to schedule and book travel arrangements for all candidates coming onsite

About you:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR Management System (HRMS)
  • Demonstrated experience administering and improving processes
  • Able to plan, organize, and take action in an efficient, productive manner
  • Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a process
  • Demonstrated tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and processes
  • Advanced planning and problem solving capabilities

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a role where the customer experience is a high priority (customer service, retail, reception, etc.)
  • Experience working with metrics and meeting KPIs in a professional environment
  • Experience with data and analysis, excel, and sharing documents and reports

Per Washington Equal Pay and Opportunity Act the range for this position is $25/hr - $40/hr. Actual salary is based on education, experience, and other qualifying skill sets.
