Zoox is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordination Lead to lead our Recruiting Coordinator team and drive exceptional candidate experiences in support of our ambitious hiring objectives. You will lead operational excellence initiatives to optimize our recruiting process, ensuring it remains high-quality, efficient, and scalable.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $96,000 to $139,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

Lead the coordination function to deliver an exceptional candidate interview experience across technical and non-technical roles, collaborating closely with recruiters to schedule and optimize onsite, virtual, and phone interview processesCollaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and interviewers to refine and develop programs that enhance Zoox's hiring effectivenessPartner with the Talent Enablement Program Manager to streamline and scale Zoox’s interview experience and training initiativesLeverage data analytics to identify process inefficiencies and implement strategic improvements in the interview workflowSupport ad-hoc Talent Operations projects focused on process improvement and operational excellenceQualifications
Bachelor's degree5+ years of recruiting coordination and lead experience, preferably in technologyExceptional project management skills with ability to effectively prioritize and manage concurrent complex workflowsHighly self-directed with ability to balance urgent timelines and meticulous attention to detailStrong communication skills with proven capability to navigate fast-paced environments and adapt professionally to changing dynamicsBonus Qualifications
