About This Role
We're looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our People and Culture team. In this role, you will support hiring for all divisions across the organization. You have a consultative approach to working with stakeholders, can drive a quick and effective full-cycle recruiting process, source high-performing talent, and create a world-class candidate experience.
This is a contractor position for up to 6 months. We are looking for you to join us immediately.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with hiring managers across Apeels to prioritize hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that helps us bring the best candidates to our teams
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from pipeline management, in-depth screens, to offer negotiation and closing
- Build creative strategies to source and attract the best talent in a competitive market
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, and proactively report on pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions
- Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years recruiting experience working in high-growth environments
- Experience working strategically with business leads to define hiring plans
- Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
Preferred Qualifications
- An analytical mindset that understands the importance of tracking metrics, both individual and team goals to increase performance
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize when presented with a list of all ‘top priority’ situations
