About the company:

Revel is an electric vehicle (EV) charging network focused on serving urban drivers and fleets. Operating primarily in dense city environments, the company builds and manages fast-charging sites designed to get drivers back on the road in as little as 15 minutes. With over 100 live charging stalls and more than 260 additional stalls in development, Revel aims to eliminate the friction of EV ownership in cities by ensuring sufficient charger availability and reliable hardware at every location. As of June 2026, Revel became part of Voltera, a scaled infrastructure platform supporting the future of fleet and autonomous mobility. Revel's mission centers on accelerating the transition to electric mobility in urban areas. By making fast, reliable charging accessible to everyday city residents as well as commercial fleets, the company addresses one of the key barriers to EV adoption: convenient and dependable charging infrastructure. The company has facilitated over 21.5 million kWh of energy delivered to drivers, reflecting meaningful real-world impact on reducing urban transportation emissions. What distinguishes Revel is its dual focus on individual urban drivers and commercial fleet operators, alongside a site-hosting model that allows hotels, retail centers, and parking garages to generate additional income by hosting charging infrastructure. The company partners with major players including Uber, Toyota, and Lexus, and operates its own user-friendly mobile app for seamless charging session management.

About Revel

Revel’s mission is to accelerate EV adoption in cities by building the infrastructure and services that make it easy to go electric. Revel is the leading public fast-charging provider in New York and California, with stations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, and more on the way. Founded in Brooklyn in 2018, Revel began as a shared electric mobility platform and has since evolved into a key partner for cities pursuing an electric vehicle future — starting in New York and California, with additional markets coming soon.
