The R&D Technician will actively contribute to our mission. They will work closely with the R&D and Product teams to produce, test, catalog, and organize Cruz Foam materials.

  • In this role you’ll get to:

  • Inspect products at different phases in their development
  • Conduct quality checks, and accurately complete database input
  • Communicate with other team members to solve problems
  • Maintain test equipment in production and R&D facilitiesAssist production lines, troubleshoot issues during operation
  • Organize and clean workspaces in the laboratory and production facilitiesHandle of raw materials, foamed materials, and product samples
  • Coordinate with coworkers to aid the team’s workload
  • Work with engineers on continuous improvement projects
  • Creating visuals and reports to accurately convey test results
  • We are looking for people who have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting or manufacturing facility
  • Engineering, chemistry, manufacturing, or related education
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to follow testing standardsCoding experience is preferred
