·       Has a passion for the future of energy storage and a disinterest in the status quo.

·       2-4 years' experience as a Project Technology Systems Manager

·      A degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or similar.

·     Knowledgeable in Power BI, Incorta, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 Office. 

·     Proven experience in software development, application customization, and process automation.

·     Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to application development and automation.

·     Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·     Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·     Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and practices is a plus.

·     Preferably have created applications for Document Management, Procurement and Logistics, Resource Management. 

·     Strong problem resolution and decision-making skills, creative and resourceful, display sound judgment and demonstrate accountability. 

·     Ability to work in a time-sensitive and agile growth environment.

·     A collaborative spirit in working across teams and functions

·     Interest in both the fundamentals of technology as well as adoption of technology by society and industry.

·     Works in a manner consistent with Fluence’s values.
