Both farmers and trading houses will be able to post offers in this open cross-border online market place. We hope you will join us on this journey towards a more open market.

About Agreena
Agreena is an exciting, dynamic, and purpose-oriented organisation united in a mission to mobilise farmers and corporations to unlock the value of nature and help restore the planet. While we’re rooted in agriculture, finance, and technology, our team of experts range from soil carbon scientists and software developers to market strategists and regulatory affairs experts. Over 200 employees across more than 40 nationalities are gathered under the common Agreena flag – either working from our headquarters in Copenhagen, offices in London, or remotely across Europe.

Agreena provides solutions that drive both environmental and financial sustainability. Our company offers a supportive and positive work environment with opportunities for learning, leading, and growth no matter where you are in your professional journey. We believe in giving our employees a lot of responsibility, and we encourage new thinking, innovation, and fun.

And this is where you come in:

As a Project Manager at Agreena, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering a portfolio of complex cross-functional projects. You will be an early member of our Project Management Office (PMO), where you will help establish and drive project management best practices in a dynamic environment. Your expertise will contribute to building a core collaboration muscle within our teams and developing the project manager skill sets throughout the organisation.

We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to bring their passion for structural and organisational optimisation to an exciting, ambitious scale up with purpose. This position is truly a spider in the web role, requiring relationships throughout the organisation and a deep understanding of the business so that you can inform how to optimise our ways of working for effective delivery and collaboration. We expect end-to-end oversight of projects and need people who are self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative. As our value chain intricately involves collaboration across sales, marketing, farmer-facing teams, science, data, product and engineering, we seek a candidate with a proven track record in successfully delivering projects spanning diverse domains. We are specifically looking for someone who has effectively partnered with various functions, demonstrating the ability to unite diverse teams and drive collective impact.
