As a Project Management Specialist at Lucid, you will provide the strategic initiative support required to make meaningful and sustainable progress in our process simplification journey. You will directly contribute to the development and sustainment of our operating model and project manage continuous improvement projects from start to closure and measure the results.

You Will:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive tactical execution while thinking cross-functionally and strategically
  • Strong program and project management
  • Fluency in understanding and implementing process improvement tools and methodologies
  • Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues, lead and influence major change efforts
  • A general understanding in BPM and how to model and manage cross-functional process impacts
  • Comfortable leading and managing through ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Outstanding & proven problem-solving skills with ability to make sense and pull together complex issues quickly, simplifying these issues into executable actions
  • Strategic mindset with strong change management capability, provide clarity and priority among multiple priorities
  • Continually drive effective and measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and geographies
  • Ability to facilitate virtual and face to face workshops to drive improvements
  • Able to guide cross-functional teams to a common goal
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and present information concisely to a variety of audiences is required
  • Comfortable mentoring and teaching others in organization
  • Must be proficient in Agile methodology and delivery
  • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork
  • You Bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in some facet of business transformation (program/project management, process improvement, consulting, and/or change management).
  • Formal process improvement experience is required
  • Formal experience in process modeling
  • Experience in financial modeling and developing quantifiable business cases
  • Experience leading projects and change programs which impact an entire organization is required
  • Success in working effectively at all levels of the organization to impact and influence decision making is required
  • Experience initiating a new initiative, scoping it, and then executing against the targets
  • Understanding of the clinical development lifecycle is preferred
  • Education:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor s degree is required, in business administration.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is required, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
