What You Will Be Doing

Being a leading EV charging network we have a lot of data that is used to enhance end-user experience, optimize network operations and placement of charging stations, and improve internal operations and enable business decisions. This is just the beginning as we see a huge opportunity to leverage data to predict failures before they happen, build delightful products and enable electrification of all forms of transportation.

The Project Coordinator - Temporary supports the Design & Build Team Director and Project Managers in their efforts to deploy public-facing and fleet EV charging infrastructure. This role includes handling purchase orders, processing contractor invoices for grant projects, managing equipment orders, and coordinating equipment shipments. Coordinators also help create and update reports & dashboards in Salesforce for project managers and leadership as needed. The project coordinator also assists in asset management tasks, such as getting utility bills paid, routine operational transactions, and other processes related to charging sites, stations, and site performance.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree with a technical or scientific field of study, or 2+ years of related professional experience in the EV, Solar, Financial, and/or Energy Sector.
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders.
• Ability to comfortably speak to utilities and customers as needed, including 3^rd-party station owners and investment partners.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.

Preferred

• Experience with reading, understanding, and implementing terms of rent, lease, or other real-estate legal contracts.
• Basic understanding of construction designs, purchase orders, and invoices.

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $50,000 to $79,250. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
