We are seeking a Program Manager to play a key role in Lucid Financial Services’ European expansion. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, project management experience, business acumen, and analytical skills. Knowledge of automotive financial products will be critical. As Program Manager you will conduct market research; connect with major players including banks, leasing companies, and technology providers; inform Lucid’s local and regional strategies; help design supporting business processes; manage the technical integration with our partners and oversee the portfolio of LFS initiatives and projects in Europe.

The Role:
Conduct international market research to outline market dynamics, including commonly offered financial productsIdentify and evaluate key players and gain internal consensus around the ideal partnerships in each marketWork closely with our sales & ops teams to outline business requirements and constraintsPropose desired FS local structures based on business needs, market dynamics, risk exposure, internal resources, potential partnerships, and capital requirementsDesign an elevated and streamlined customer experience in conjunction with Sales and MarketingDevelop process maps for customer experience and supporting business processesAdvise and inform Lucid management on contract negotiations with financial and technology partnersCreate and manage roll out plans for several markets simultaneously, including preparing associated executive updatesServe as an internal resource and subject matter expert, helping stakeholders refine their processes to support the customer experience at each stage of rolloutAssist with training and educating customer-facing colleagues on FS partnerships, products, and processesRequirements:
5+ years’ experience in auto finance project managementKnowledge of automotive finance and leasing markets in EuropePrior experience in automotive finance operations, marketing or IT preferredHighly analytical mindset with competence in process mapping and project managementBA/BS degree requiredEntrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong work ethicStrong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiencesAbility to think strategically, drive for results, continuously drive innovation, and inspire the organization to achieve and exceed its objectivesExcellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience with preparation of executive ready presentations and recommendationsMust be able to multi-task, be flexible, and perform in a fast-paced environment
