We are seeking a Program Manager to play a key role in Lucid Financial Services’ European expansion. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, project management experience, business acumen, and analytical skills. Knowledge of automotive financial products will be critical. As Program Manager you will conduct market research; connect with major players including banks, leasing companies, and technology providers; inform Lucid’s local and regional strategies; help design supporting business processes; manage the technical integration with our partners and oversee the portfolio of LFS initiatives and projects in Europe.

The Role:

  • Conduct international market research to outline market dynamics, including commonly offered financial products
  • Identify and evaluate key players and gain internal consensus around the ideal partnerships in each market
  • Work closely with our sales & ops teams to outline business requirements and constraints
  • Propose desired FS local structures based on business needs, market dynamics, risk exposure, internal resources, potential partnerships, and capital requirements
  • Design an elevated and streamlined customer experience in conjunction with Sales and Marketing
  • Develop process maps for customer experience and supporting business processes
  • Advise and inform Lucid management on contract negotiations with financial and technology partners
  • Create and manage roll out plans for several markets simultaneously, including preparing associated executive updates
  • Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert, helping stakeholders refine their processes to support the customer experience at each stage of rollout
  • Assist with training and educating customer-facing colleagues on FS partnerships, products, and processes
  • Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in auto finance project management
  • Knowledge of automotive finance and leasing markets in Europe
  • Prior experience in automotive finance operations, marketing or IT preferred
  • Highly analytical mindset with competence in process mapping and project management
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences
  • Ability to think strategically, drive for results, continuously drive innovation, and inspire the organization to achieve and exceed its objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with preparation of executive ready presentations and recommendations
  • Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and perform in a fast-paced environment
