We are currently seeking a Program Manager of Sales Campaigns to support the Sales organization’s aggressive growth plans. This person will be responsible for the execution of customer campaigns designed to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate has experience in customer lifecycle management, is exceptionally organized, and possesses an ability to relentlessly prioritize, balancing short-term initiatives with long-term goals.

The Role
Execute campaigns that drive the adoption of Lucid products and support scaling the sales organizations’ ability to serve our customer baseDevelop market and customer-specific strategies and segmentations to maximize customer engagement for said campaignsHelp define campaign strategies, develop quarterly and yearly campaign plans, coordinate workstreams and achievements, and gain consensus across functional partnersCreate appropriate project plans and trackers, pulling in relevant owners and stakeholdersDefine program and project scopes, with associated timelines for deliverablesPartner with product marketing, brand, and content teams to develop the right content and collateral for campaign executionCreate integrated campaigns based on market segments to gain new customersQuickly integrate content for existing and new custom email templates adhering to tight deadlinesProof and QA campaigns to ensure 100% accuracy and efficiencyProvide insights and analyses on the successes and opportunities of each campaignCreate ad hoc slides and presentations when necessaryProvide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales programs, project/program management, business planning, operations, strategy, or similar roleMetric-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring KPIsExcellent planning, organization, and time management abilitiesStrong understanding and experience with multiple sales & marketing channels, including digital, paid social, retail, and email marketingDemonstrated experience in project management, from ideation to delivery and launchAbility to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on needExtreme attention to detail with a strong focus on Quality AssuranceComfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environmentSelf-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
