As the Remarketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Lucid’s trade-in and remarketing programs. In the near-term, you will focus on developing the trade-in process of non-Lucid vehicles to support the purchase of a new Lucid vehicle. As the business matures, you will help develop Lucid’s overall remarketing program. Customer experience is at the core of Lucid’s business, and these programs need to be developed with that in mind.

The Role:

  • Map Lucid’s end-to-end trade-in program to support the sale of new Lucid vehicles. This process includes:
  • oInitial trade-in valuation
  • Handover from customer to Lucid and/or Lucid’s remarketing partner
  • Vehicle reconditioning process
  • Evaluate and source a partner that can help facilitate the trade-in process of non-Lucid vehicles
  • Provide recommendations for the long-term organizational structure of Lucid’s remarketing team
  • Work closely with teams including, but not limited to: Sales, Delivery, Order Operations, DMV Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Service to ensure the trade-in process is completed correctly
  • Partner with the systems and web teams to build out the necessary remarketing components through our website/customer account
  • Partner with our training & enablement team to ensure proper material is created for everyone involved in the trade-in & remarketing efforts
  • Help develop KPIs specific to the remarketing program
  • Relentlessly focus on process improvement and technical solutions to help scale the overall remarketing program
  • Provide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive remarketing
  • Prior program management experience, with an emphasis on cross-functional programs
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, from ideation to delivery and launch
  • Passion for the customer experience, and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experience
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on need
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
  • Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous startup experience strongly
