We are looking for someone to join our Talent Management team to lead Performance Enablement at Lucid. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing company-wide programs and processes to drive a high-performance culture across Lucid.

You Will:

  • Own lifecycle of the formal and informal performance evaluation and enablement strategy and process for our exempt and non-exempt workforce, including communication, tools, templates, and training for goal setting, ongoing feedback, formal/informal reviews, and performance calibration
  • Build strategies that enable recognition of performance in partnership with Total Rewards
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members, senior leaders, HR partners, and Employee Relations team to drive a culture of high performance anchored in ownership and accountability
  • •Work closely with the People Solutions team to identify and implement appropriate tools and technology to streamline talent programs for performance enablement
  • •Prepare, analyze, report critical data and insights to a variety of stakeholders, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends
  • •Other duties as assigned
  • You Bring:

  • 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of domain experience in performance evaluation, talent management, human resources, leadership development
  • Agility and sense of urgency – ability to take initiative without being asked, act promptly with intention and get stuff done efficiently and effectively
  • Program management – experience and expertise in building, managing and scaling complex programs that involve significant change management, high-profile outcomes and multiple organizational partners
  • Communication — strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills and ability to adapt communication style and content to the audience; ability to influence without authority; experience working with different executive and leadership levels
  • Collaboration – build relationships, manage partner expectations, and influence employees across all levels of the company; excellent team player where no task is too small; can work highly independently, with a constant eye for collaboration and knowing when to seek approval
  • Judgment and problem solving – ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast-moving environment; proven expertise in translating data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions and measure impact
  • Adaptability and resilience – ability to move quickly and be resilient when things are ambiguous; take ownership and accountability to drive change, see results, and make things happen
