We are looking for someone to join our Talent Management team to lead Performance Enablement at Lucid. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing company-wide programs and processes to drive a high-performance culture across Lucid.

You Will:
Own lifecycle of the formal and informal performance evaluation and enablement strategy and process for our exempt and non-exempt workforce, including communication, tools, templates, and training for goal setting, ongoing feedback, formal/informal reviews, and performance calibrationBuild strategies that enable recognition of performance in partnership with Total RewardsWork closely with cross-functional team members, senior leaders, HR partners, and Employee Relations team to drive a culture of high performance anchored in ownership and accountability•Work closely with the People Solutions team to identify and implement appropriate tools and technology to streamline talent programs for performance enablement•Prepare, analyze, report critical data and insights to a variety of stakeholders, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends•Other duties as assignedYou Bring:
