We are looking for an LMS Program Manager who will serve as the primary LMS Lead to optimize and increase the adoption of the Lucid Online Learning Academy and other learning systems like LinkedIn Learning and CultureAmp. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Learning and Development teams to enable world-class online learning experiences by defining automation rules, developing global standardization, unlocking new functionality, and troubleshooting user issues. In addition to your LMS responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and evaluating learning and development programs, processes and initiatives. An ideal candidate for the L&D function is agile and intellectually curious, able to influence and provide thought leadership in their domain of expertise while effectively navigating ambiguity and driving business outcomes with a learner-centric mindset. You Will:

  • Develop, build and maintain academy features related to LMS functionality, including but not limited to content integrations, LMS Org Hierarchy, creating events, curricula, evaluations, email notifications, custom reports, standard reports, certificates and uploading content.
  • Act as the subject matter expert, providing best practice insight into LMS functionality to best support identified learning objectives and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Serve as liaison between users and internal/external support teams as required; escalate issues through the proper channels and work with an escalation point person to achieve issue resolution
  • Identify areas of opportunity and challenges that teams or learning initiatives are facing to determine relevant solutions for improved performance in the workplace at an individual, team and organization level 
  • Respond to ad hoc requests, which may include diagnosing and creating an action plan, researching internal and external benchmarking, and internal consulting on adult learning principles
  • Develop standardized LMS operational processes and procedures, guidelines and documentation and ensures LMS governance model is being followed.
  • Run LMS training sessions and monitor security permissions for learning administrators embedded in business functions
  • Communicate all system and configuration changes through scheduled quarterly meetings with administrators and learning leaders
  • Define success metrics and track usage of learning resources, and outline necessary actions to continue to promote continuous learning
  • Ensure that training content is running properly at all times within the various learning platforms - without interruption, quality degradation, and without experiencing any avoidable technical issues that could diminish the overall user experience.
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from users to improve learning experiences
  • You Bring:

  • 5 + years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 + years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years experience configuring, maintaining, and administrating a Learning Management System (LMS); Familiarity with Schoox, or similar LMS preferred
  • Technical capabilities- necessary to operate learning technologies and learning management systems, such as working with assets such as SCORM objects, audio files, video files, compression methods, and managing users and reports in the platform.
  • Account and software administration- ability and knowledge to provide ongoing LMS configuration and day to day management, understanding of how to provide ongoing maintenance of user and course data with LMS, ability to serve as system administrator for digital tools including but not limited to LMS, understanding of how to ensure the LMS is functional, up to date, and contains accurate information as well as the ability to make adjustments accordingly, ability to train other users and admins as necessary, understanding of system roles and ability to assign permissions as needed, ability to set up new courses in the LMS, ability to work with other work streams to ensure tools meet necessary requirements
  • User journeys- comfort with user experience and how it plays into product development, being able to identify major points of engagement and value adds for user groups within the LMS, ability to identify points of opportunity to better align products with core users.
  • Problem-solving- demonstrable ability to understand an issue and propose a reasonable solution. Ability to translate large goals into smaller, simpler ones.
  • Prioritization, planning, and coordination- demonstrable ability to put tasks in a sequence that produces results quickly and efficiently, put together a plan and manage tasks to the plan. Keen focus on an ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Client/customer service- effectively partner with internal and external clients to understand their needs, user journey, and expectations and resolve issues.
  • Organization, monitoring, and documentation- able to plan, organize, and manage parallel projects with multiple moving pieces that require different levels of attention depending on where they are in their life cycle and quickly identify points of intervention with necessary follow-up. Document important metrics and interactions.
  • Detail Orientation- without getting lost in minutia, pay attention to the small, but potentially important, details that may have major impact down the road.
  • Dependability and accountability- in this role it is critical to do what you say you will do, in a timely manner, with sufficient responsiveness, follow-up and consistency.
