As the Program Manager, Go-to-Market Sales you will play a crucial role in structuring and driving highly cross functional, top priority business generating programs that drive North American Sales. In this role, you will work closely with internal business and technical stakeholders to create clear and strategic briefs and project plans. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end completion, including internal communications strategy for appropriate rollout to Sales teams.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem solver, quick learner, organized and thrives in ambiguous and fast paced environments. To be successful in this role, you will be able to develop tactical plans to meet strategic Go-to-Market Sales goals.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California San Francisco Bay Area - $96,000 - $120,000 / year

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. The Role
Develop project briefs inclusive of business requirements, project plans and trackers Experience providing project summaries and project health reports in writing and verbally to key stakeholders including executive level audience Partner with cross-functional groups within Sales and across company: Sales Planning, Sales Ops & Enablement, Field Sales, Marketing, Digital, IT Systems, Training, Finance, Legal, Accounting, etc. Manage end-to-end project deliverables and approvals with key stakeholders, represent business and loop in key business stakeholders to provide UAT sign-off to technical teams Develop internal sales communications strategies and partner with Marketing on external communications strategies for coordinated launches Support Go-to-Market management and team by building frameworks, scalable processes, and general support Qualifications
3-5 years of project or program management experience in the Go-to-Market, Sales or Marketing space preferred Automotive experience is preferred but not required Experience managing deliverables needed from multiple stakeholders and teams both technical and non-technical Exceptional written and verbal skills Ability to lead meetings and conversations with large and diverse audience groups Experience with project management tools & trackers Ownership mindset and team player attitude Comfort with navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities at once
