We are seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager. This critical role builds a foundation of excellence through metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting. This role will work with cross-functional internal and external partners to develop best-in-class product operations to enable growth and build seamless customer experiences. This role is required to be onsite at Lucid Motors HQ (Newark, CA).
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $108,000 – $154,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Formulate solid long and short-term operations stages based on profound user insightsIdentify opportunities to optimize and scale existing product capabilitiesDefining business processes to operate new digital product experiencesDevelop features and user experience to optimize existing business processes for F&I and TreasuryEnhance internal product experience and systems based on KPIProvide the end users support by making sure that things keep running smoothly post-product releasesPerform groundwork for the subsequent interactions of features by market research and testing unique market requirements and optimize based on market requirements Develop relationships with external partners lines of businesses to operationalize new product featuresCollaborate with cross-functional internal partners, including IT, Sales Ops, Delivery Ops, FS OperationsLead engagement with external professional service providers as needed to meet product objectivesProactively identify and mitigate obstacles that impact the timely delivery of operational, product and program objectivesEffectively present and communicate plan, and implementation status to stakeholders, business audience, and leadershipMinimum Qualifications:
5 years relevant work experience in Automotive Finance, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Fintech, Payments or Treasury OperationsBroad experience building product operations, ideally in a complex, global, rapidly evolving regulatory environment.Deep knowledge of commerce and financial productsConsistent track record of linking product development issues to broader business and operational goalsHighly skilled at driving complex projects while balancing conflicting priorities and resourcing constraintsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex product management concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in a technical fieldPreferred Qualifications:
Previous work experience in e-commerce or developing localized products for international marketsExperience in EV industry is a plusAbility to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authorityExperience leading teams, ideally at a technology companyDiverse experience working in rapidly evolving start-ups as well as complex, large-scale companiesForward-looking problem solver who can act quickly and decisively when needed
