What You Will Be Doing

Our Partners range from retail chains, fuelling, automotive and heavy-duty companies to energy utilities, real estate and electrical wholesalers. With our partner products and services, we enable our customers to extend their business with charging solutions. Our partner can choose to either become a channel partner for our successful ChargePoint products or tailor-make their charging solution based on our enabling software and service offerings.

As part of the Partner Portfolio team, you will take over holistic responsibility for parts of our partner product portfolio. Your key question will be: How do I design my products to make our partners successful?

You will ensure that your products always fulfil the requirements of the maturing EV charging market and drive processual, technical as well as commercial optimisation. Furthermore, you will have the chance to develop new products from scratch, giving them your personal touch.

To be successful in this role you need to understand the business of our partners, understand their needs and transfer this to a technical solution and commercial offer that enables them to build their charging services.

Requirements

• Enjoy working in an ever-changing environment and at the interface of technology and business
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or similar
• Experience in electric mobility or software development as a product manager or similar role
• Experience working at the interface of technology and commercial teams
• A track record of success in successfully delivering complex projects in cross-functional environments
• Internal drive towards optimisation and more sustainability in the mobility sector
• Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills
• Result-driven and analytical working method
• Creativity in finding the best solutions
• Language: English and German is a plus
