We are looking for a super collaborative Product Manager to join our London team in the development of one of Octopus Group’s most exciting businesses, and help accelerate the British driving public on their energy transition.
We are building a whole new way for drivers to join the electric revolution and not only learn about and shop for their EV online, but experience a ‘lease for life’ through an industry changing customer experience.
The Product team is crucial in defining and bringing to market this vision, while working hand in hand with teams across the company to deliver it in record time.
This role will focus on building out the back office finance and credit tools, to unlock 10x growth and innovative propositions and new markets.

What you'll do
Own the end-to-end roadmap and delivery of the credit and finance platform within Octopus Electric VehiclesWork cross-functionally with a talented, diverse and passionate team, clearly agreeing on outcomes and successTransform complex requirements into prioritised backlogs using workshops, process design and user storiesValidate assumptions through data and user testingCollaborate closely with the development team to ensure frequent increments of value are released, along with a scalable architecture that considers future growthSupport business readiness and launches through documentation, product expertise and trainingAnalyse and monitor product performance to deliver continuous improvement and optimisationsWhat you'll need
Practical knowledge of software development, UX & UI, cross-functional requirement gathering and managing backlogsPrevious experience in product management (preferably within a fintech environment) from inception to market launch and ongoing iterationAbility to respond to complicated briefs from stakeholders, through clear and appropriate communication tailored to the audienceEntrepreneurial instincts with track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and supportAgile mindset; able to hold strong opinions lightly and able to change tack along with the evidenceStorytelling skills to inspire a wide group of stakeholders on a tech–led visionAn ability to pick up work quickly in a fast paced environmentAn interest in sustainability, green energy and zero emissions transportCuriosityWhy else you'll love it here
