About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and play a crucial role in the successful delivery of Kraken Field – our next generation field service software for utilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical solution implementation, and excellent communication skills. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of rollout, issue resolution, and training to ensure the smooth adoption of our solution.

What you'll do

Manage issue resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for capturing and prioritising user-reported issues. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Work with the product management team to facilitate learning from past incidents and continuously improve our product

Develop and implement training: Develop training solutions for office and field workers. Manage training hub and setup learning solutions to deliver training at scale. Up-skill users to develop their full potential with our product

Manage rollout and onboard new users: Develop and execute training to onboard new users. Collaborate with a cross-functional implementation team to structure the rollout process and derive appropriate timelines and required resources.

What you'll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience in project management, particularly in technical solution deployment.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards issue resolution.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
