Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join the European Procurement Team. This role will actively support our Global Supply Managers in all procurement activities, including Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Retail in Europe.

As a Procurement Intern, you will assist the Procurement team with the procurement process, vendor management, data analysis, and administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics procurement, including sourcing, price comparison, and operational coordination.

The role:

Support Procurement Managers with:

• Supplier Management: Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers, gathering quotes, and comparing prices and delivery options for logistics-related services or products.
• Purchase Order Management: Help create, track, and manage purchase orders. Ensure all POs are processed promptly and comply with procurement policies.
• Reporting and KPIs: Assist in preparing procurement reports and updating dashboards. Help monitor and track procurement metrics such as supplier performance, order accuracy, and delivery timelines.
• Administrative Support: Update supplier records, maintain procurement documents, and assist with invoicing issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure efficient procurement processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Smartsheet and Tableau is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
