Lucid Motors is looking for a highly motivated Manufacturing Process Engineer to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment where you will work with highly motivated teams that are dedicated to world-class quality standards on extremely challenging projects. The Industrial Engineers work with cross-functional teams developing manufacturing equipment and processes throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will work closely with Design Engineering, Quality and Production to take product design changes and new designs from initial concept through prototype development and into full production.

BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent3+ years in Automotive Manufacturing or automotive battery experienceExperience developing manufacturing processes for new and unique productsExperience designing mechanical equipment, fixture and tooling in CAD (Solidworks, Catia)Familiarity with automotive manufacturing equipmentExperience introducing new equipment and new process into a production environmentSolid background in power electronics components and topologiesExperience with battery cells, modules, packsExperience with rotors and statorsHands on experience for power electronics hardware manufacturing equipmentExperience in EMI test and mitigationExemplary verbal and written communication skill
