Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager, Sales Activation to join our growing team of passionate marketing experts and lead the development and execution of strategies aimed at driving sales activations and customer engagement. This is a senior individual contributor role in which you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (GTM, Marketing, Product) to ensure the success of our products in the enterprise SaaS market. This role will require a deep understanding of our customers, industry trends in agriculture and sustainability, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling enablement materials across the buyer journey. You will engage at both the team and strategic account level to support sales in achieving revenue goals.

As the Principal Product Marketing Manager, Sales Activation, a typical day will include flexing across strategy, content development, and hands-on work with your cross functional peers to drive sales success at Regrow. What you will do

  • Customer Expertise: Use your deep understanding of the customer journey to build and optimize the systems, processes, and training to enable sales to meet customer needs from first touchpoint to close.
  • Product Expertise: Use your knowledge of Regrow products and solutions to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities at the team level, and work in partnership with sales to win with strategic accounts.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies and enablement for new and existing products that reflect up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product management teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and sales tools, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances the overall sales enablement strategy.
  • Training programs: Create and deliver comprehensive training materials, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and competitive positioning, to enable the sales team to effectively articulate the value proposition of our technology solutions. 
  • Sales Activation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools, resources, and content that empower them to increase their storytelling expertise and sell our products effectively and drive activations.
  • Content Creation and Management: Use your storytelling skills to develop and manage content, including sales presentations, product videos, case studies, and other marketing collateral to enable sales to serve customers across the buyer journey.
  • Sales Optimization: Establish and track progress against KPIs like sales conversion, deal velocity, and deal size to identify, prioritize, and implement strategies to increase sales performance.
  • Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights to influence go-to-market strategy, product development, and improve the customer experience.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product marketing or sales + marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Experience in sales enablement in a dynamic GTM team 
  • Ideally experience in a scaling start-up
  • Strong understanding of sales activation strategies and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
