We are currently looking for a Public Relations Manager who will be based at Lucid’s cutting-edge factory in Casa Grande, AZ, where all of the company’s in-house technology is assembled into the award-winning Lucid Air. This person will have responsibilities across PR, policy and brand, with a focus on shaping and sharing stories about Lucid’s groundbreaking innovations and technology within the context of Lucid’s advanced manufacturing.

The Role:
Play an integral role on the Lucid marketing team as the primary communications representative at the Lucid factory. Although the focus is on PR programs related to Lucid’s manufacturing processes and increasing regional exposure, there will also be opportunities to locally support Lucid’s policy and brand efforts.Support a comprehensive PR program specific to Lucid’s advanced manufacturing processes targeting media and influencers in the business, automotive, technology, and other key sectors, with clear KPIs and pathways to achieve successoCreate thoughtful and engaging storylines for Lucid manufacturing that highlight the company’s commitment to innovation, quality and efficiencyPlan and support media events at Lucid’s Casa Grande manufacturing plant and potentially elsewhere in the USForge strong relationships with individual reporters and influencers to support story development; maintain press and influencer listsCreate and contribute to executive briefing documents and thought leadership presentations related to manufacturing using a consistent, high-level brand narrativeWork side-by-side with our Social Media team to tell the Lucid story to digital influencersCoordinate with all Lucid Marketing teams to ensure integration of campaigns and activities.
