Zignal is looking for a Platform Solutions Intern to work with our team as we provide services and configure solutions for our clients. Many of these customers have engaged us to establish and maintain their Zignal Solution. Day to day, your duties include meeting with customers to gather requirements, explain options, and building and testing queries and dashboards. Our customers span many industries within the Fortune 1000, each with their own unique goals and challenges. This role reports to our Director of Platform Solutions, within the Customer Operations group, and will partner with both pre- and post-sales team members to translate prospects’ and customers’ business goals into platform configurations that separate signal from noise and deliver valuable, real-time insights.
You are a fast learner, flexible, energetic, detail-oriented and driven. You are comfortable with technology and excited to learn new tools.
