Seeking a highly organized construction project planner/scheduler for developing and maintaining project schedules for all construction related activities on Lucid Capital Projects.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Construction Management, Design Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing Project Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure setting tasks and monitoring the execution of project timelines. preparing project progress and performance evaluation reports.
The project planner/scheduler should possess solid industry knowledge and demonstrable experience in project scheduling. A top-notch project planner/scheduler will be someone whose expertise leads to the successful realization of envisaged project goals.

Essential Duties

  • Create, modify and maintain Microsoft Project and Primavera schedules.
  • Analyze project schedules for accuracy and general logic.
  • Perform CPM Analysis
  • Report out schedule updates to project executives.
  • Ensure the project management team is providing updated schedules and integrate all changes into the master schedule.
  • Gain holistic knowledge of project/ program requirements and implement any feedback on timing to better optimize project timeframes.
  • Work with program management to integrate schedules across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate and effectively run meetings to define logic and rectify any discrepancies with schedules.
  • Manage schedule document control and distribution.
  • Work with finance and purchasing teams to develop cash flow analysis.
  • Implement and monitor execution of site installation plans.
  • Possesses strong presentation skills and communicates clearly and professionally at various levels both inside and outside the company.
  • Expert knowledge of MS project and Primavera is a must.
  • Able to create and maintain production control tracking and visual management tracking tools.
  • Resource Loading and Level Experience
  • Possess knowledge and experience across multiple functions within product design and manufacturing.

  • Skills and Qualifications

  •  Capable of managing Large / Complex projects and field teams $500M+)
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and P6
  • Full knowledge in Construction-document and drawing including all phases of construction.
  • Experience and proficiency in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling, and cost control
  • Strong knowledge and appreciation of construction safety processes and ability to enforce the project safety plan.
  • Ability to create an environment where “safety first” is the culture and all trades people work with an incident and injury free attitude.

  • Education and Experience

  • BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Preferred:
  • 10+ years of experience on a construction project or multiple projects in a Scheduler or Project Control role
