Technology to achieve 'net zero'.
- Operation & Maintenance of all Pilot plants and skids installed in the Innovation Centre.
- Marshalling the Resources available to ensure smooth functioning of the pilot plant operations
- Coordinating with the Technology team and the R&D team for validation of data generated at the pilot plant
- Managing resources and planning then operation schedule to meet the requirements and data generation for the Technology / R&D team
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in Chemicals / Petrochemicals / Oil & Gas Industry
- 3-4 years Experience in managing small chemical / petrochemical production plants or pilot plants
- Knowledge of plant operations in terms of operating an automated chemical manufacturing plant / pilot plant
- Understanding of various engineering disciplines such as mechanical electrical & instrumentation with the necessary working knowledge to manage plant operations
- Good Understanding of Chemical Plant operations and concepts
- Well versed with Process and Operations Safety for Plant Operations
- Knowledge and experience of participating in HazOp and HIRA studies
- Should be able to work in ISO framework and maintain relevant documentation
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
