Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resources information systems (HRIS) and the Time & Attendance system associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.

You Will:

  • Supports HRIS implementation, integration, configuration, and operation, including HRMS, Payroll, ATS, and LMS. Leads engagement with systems and service providers.
  • Recommends solutions, improvements, or alternate methods to meet business needs.
  • Collaborates with other subject matter experts and functional contacts to solve business needs through HR systems and processes.
  • Documents system design, processes, and procedures.
  • Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; trains clients on new processes/functionality; trains new system users.
  • Ensures and audits data and process integrity.
  • Monitors scheduled activities and support the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades or patches while collaborating with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of system changes.
  • Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS issues and process flaws.
  • Generates reports, queries, and analyses to support HR and the business.
  • Onboarding preparation, cross-functioning collaborations (HR, TA, IT, Payroll, Security, Facilities, etc.), and onsite onboarding support.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement of People Services team processes and programs to enhance the overall employee and manager experience.
  • Expert in I-9 Verification, I-9 Re-verification, I-9 audit, and corrections processes.
  • Assist in New Hire Orientation and provide a positive onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to the human resources function in all areas
  • Proactively prototype functionality in HR Systems and leverage unused functionality to automate, streamline, meet business needs, and address areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of supporting multiple HR disciplines (compensation, benefits, learning and development, stock administration, immigration, staffing, HRIS, and reporting
  • Excellent process skills, documentation, and in-depth analytical skills – innovative problem solver, able to be resilient under pressure.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or another closely related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in implementing HRIS/Payroll/Time & Attendance/procedures.
  • 3+ years of human resource information system experience with time and attendance management expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience optimizing and automating HR processes for better efficiency and employee experience a strong plus.
  • Experience with reporting and analyzing HR data is strongly desired.
  • Strong/proficient experience with Microsoft Excel required (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formulas, data tables, etc.).
