This role is responsible for executing various tasks that drive operational excellence for Archer. You will maintain people records, execute various people team programs along with owning, and supporting people projects to create efficiencies and simplify processes for the business. You will join a collaborative group of passionate professionals that operate in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment. You will have strong organizational and planning skills, effective communication to gain insights to build and execute the right plan to drive towards our desired goals.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and execute established people programs assigned to you
- Provide project management support for enterprise level programs, guiding them through testing processes, and assist with cutover & go-live issues
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date people records that meets people team established processes and controls
- Maintains and executes assigned people team programs and projects
- Supports periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
- Provide regular project status updates to various parts of the organization
- Collaborate with various CoE teams and other cross functional stakeholders to manage expectations and establish aligned timelines.
- Acts with integrity and confidentiality to best protect Archer and employees
- Performs other HR duties to best support the business; acting as a liaison between departments

At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $108,480 - $125,600. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
