As our Partnership Account Manager for Germany, you will be at the forefront of establishing and managing partnerships with leading regional and national market actors across the country. Central to your role will be setting up efficient and scalable processes that empower partners to roll out our Agreena Carbon program seamlessly. Your expertise will be vital in driving farmer enrollment in collaboration with, and through, our partners. With every partnership forged and every farmer brought on board, you'll be actively making a difference for both the market and our planet.

At least 5 years of experience in distributor partnership management and business development in the agribusiness or related industries.Fluent in both German and English.A well-established network within the agricultural sector in Germany.Proven track record of building and maintaining fruitful business partnerships in the agri-world.Comprehensive knowledge of the German agricultural landscape, including key players, market dynamics, and industry challenges.Familiarity with the specific needs, nuances, and opportunities related to German farmers and agribusinesses.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to think critically, analyse market trends in agriculture, and offer actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot.Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven, with a proven passion for sustainable agriculture and carbon reduction.Eagerness to work closely with farmers, agri-associates, and various stakeholders in Germany to achieve Agreena's mission.Bonus points if:
