What you'll do:
Partner with the Operations Manager to support daily site operations, fostering a productive, collaborative environmentProvide flexible operational and administrative support as needed, ensuring efficient, organized workspaces and actively contributing to the office culture by identifying and implementing improvementsOwn the credit card purchasing process for general and facility items, collaborating with the onsite buyer and submitting monthly expense reports for accountingOversee office operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and remains well-stocked to support the team’s needsMaintain office and general supplies (e.g., snacks, consumables) and oversee office vendor management, including team badges, plant care, Bevi Systems, and moreServe as the site’s “single source of truth” for operational resources, ensuring Confluence documentation is up to date and information is accessible across the divisionPlan and host team events, such as Friday bagels, new hire mingles, employee birthdays, and off-site gatherings to support a connected, engaged team environmentProvide scheduling and administrative support to the EA & Executive team as needed, including coordinating VIP visits and assisting with interview scheduling for the Talent Acquisition teamHandle non-facility-related landlord communications, such as building tours and gym accessLead and manage specific 5S initiatives, maintaining site inventory in calibrationEnsure office and site standards are met by applying lean manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, red tagging)Perform other duties as assigned to support the business functions of the divisionWhat we’re looking for:
