What you will be doing

This is an exciting time to join Breathe. Having proven the value of our products in both the automotive and consumer electronics spaces, we are scaling our operations team. You will ensure the smooth operation of business activities, to optimise efficiencies. You will work collaboratively with various departments across business operations to facilitate and improve internal processes, growth strategies and facility management.

Your day to day

Facility

• Manage new laboratory site relocation (M)

Capacity and Resource Planning

• Work closely with the Head of Operations and Finance to develop resource planning as the organisation scales
• Run larger change processes

Business Operations

• Identify opportunities for improvement / optimisation / efficiency improvements, propose solutions and manage the rollout of those solutions
• Implement standardised operational processes to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across all departments
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyse operational data, and make informed decisions to drive improvements.
• Implement strategies to optimise cost management and resource allocation
• Automation of manual processes to reduce the risk of error and the resource burden on the business
• Develop internal reporting system

System and Process

• Compliance - certifications and audits - Commercial Focussed
• Supplier management, negotiation, sourcing, relationship management, performance monitoring
• Improve IT environment and work with Tech Providers
• Manage and roll-out software solutions

Your background

• Ability to develop a deep understanding of the business and apply a commercial lens to projects
• Proven experience of managing change processes cross functionally
• Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives.
• Demonstrated competence in problem solving, data analysis, & project management.
• Process and results oriented with proven ability to accomplish goals / attention to detail / end to end project delivery
• Proven Project Management experience start up would be desirable but not essential
• Experience using low/no-code tools such as airtable/zapier would be advantageous
• Ability to work in a Kind and Conscientious manner
