The Operations team is responsible for integrating Einride’s solution with existing client infrastructure in a future proof way. Putting theory into practice, they get the wheels of change spinning. You will be joining a team of ambitious, creative, and kind-heard people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero emissions. 

We are seeking an Operations Account Manager who will go above and beyond to deliver results, service, and exceptional customer experience to Einride clients. A logistics minded person who is a savvy problem solver, communicator and relationships builder will thrive here at Einride.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of freight transport electrification freight rollouts with new and mature customer accounts
  • Train customer teams on Einride's equipment (Trucks, Charging, Proprietary Software, Optimal Utilization of equipment)
  • Support new and existing customers with fleet management, charging, and Einride software
  • Expand Mid-Market & Major clients to drive Einride's growth
  • Become an expert in all modes of Einride's service offerings, our business model, customer specific solutions, and our proprietary software
  • Be a team player by collaborating with our Commercial and teams to expand each account while offering best-in-class support
  • Travel as required to new and prospective clients, conduct quarterly business reviews, equipment training and expand relationships; up to 30% travel
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 4 to 7 years of experience from business development, fleet management, strategy, startups, product management, or management within logistics, supply chain, trucking, electric transport or similar industries
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business development and logistics
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience with different mode types is a plus, including drayage, intermodal, LTL and cross-border
  • Demonstrated record of success in Business Development, Customer Account Growth, Customer Account Management
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment, start-up or scale-up environment
  • Independent and hands on problem solver with proven ability to deliver results under pressure
  • Commitment to customer obsession and a passion for customer growth
  • A proven ability to build relationships and establish rapport with peers, leaders, and customers alike
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suit
