About Octopus Energy Generation

Octopus Energy Generation (OEGEN) is a leader in sourcing, investing in,
and managing a wide range of utility-scale renewable energy assets. As we
continue to expand our investment base, we are dedicated to building a
diverse team that reflects the communities we serve.

Since our entry into the renewables market in 2010, OEGEN has achieved
remarkable milestones, becoming a leading investor in onshore wind
across mainland Europe, the largest investor of solar power in Europe, and
recently venturing into offshore wind projects.

Currently, we manage a global portfolio of over £7 billion in renewable
energy assets. Our operational portfolio consists of more than three
hundred large-scale energy-generating companies. We take pride in our
wind farms, solar power plants, and upcoming projects in energy storage
and hydrogen.

Team Overview

The Development Portfolio Management Team at OEGEN leads the post-
deal management of OEGEN’s global diverse and dynamic portfolio of
renewable energy developers and development pipelines. The team’s
objective is to exceed the investment case by prioritising added-value
activities and providing solutions to changing commercial and market
dynamics while maintaining compliance with governance standards. The
team achieves this goal by forming strong relationships with developers,
funds, and other key stakeholders, thereby facilitating the successful
implementation of OEGEN’s investment strategies in the project
development sector.

Role Overview

The Operating Partner is pivotal in leading OEGEN's commercial
relationships with approximately 15 development partners under equity
investments and joint development agreements across Europe, US, and
Asia.

The Operating Partner will contribute to high-level decision-making and
long-term planning for OEGEN's development portfolio, as well as
collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and strategic
initiatives that enhance the value and impact of OEGEN’s funds.
