The Role: As the Office Manager at Aigen, you will help ensure office operations are running smoothly across all teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage team communications, greet visitors, handle calls and emails, schedule employee activities, and assist with client visits.
  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies; manage files, records, and mail.
  • Provide administrative support including document handling, travel arrangements, and calendar management; ensure proper records management.
  • Oversee office operations, improve procedures, manage correspondence and clerical duties, and handle equipment needs.
  • Coordinate logistics, support basic bookkeeping and document organization.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of office administrative experience.
  • On-site office management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment or similar.
  • Nice to Have

  • Prior Supply Chain support experience such as inventory management, purchasing, shipping & receiving.
  • Experience working in a hardware start up environment.
  • Takes on marketing projects and tasks.
  • Manages marketing collateral for tradeshows and events.
  • Documents office daily life and events through pictures.
  • Indicators of Good Fit

  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and wearing many hats.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
