As the MRB Specialist, your responsibility is to work with cross-functional groups such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, and Engineering to support the disposition of Non-Conforming Material, you will work with them to ensure inventory within the MRB remains sound and accurate. Drive actions from leveraging data resources by communicating with key stakeholders around aging material within the MRB processes.

The Role
Analyze data to drive focused initiatives designed to reduce NCM and scrap (E.g. packaging damages, obsolete material, unlabeled boxes).Support driving systemic issues resolution Identify and implement practical solutions for gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in the MRB processes.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support disposition in the MRB processes.Escalate issues within the process to ensure resolution. To create time studies for reworks and capacity analysis.Conduct MRB audits and process reviews.Support implementing MRB processes or the creation of new ones (E.g. sub-assemblies processes or new facilities). Ensure the standards for segregation, tagging, and consolidation of NCM within the facilities are followed.
Requirements
Technical Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related significant experience in NCP – MRB.Cross-functional experience preferred, especially within Manufacturing, and/or Supplier Quality. OEM experience preferred.Knowledge of production and MRB processes.Solid problem-solving background, including but not limited to 8D methodology.Skilled in coaching/mentoring in on-the-job application of new skills.Ability to lead without authority.
