Role Summary
As an MBA intern with our Product Development, Commercial, Corporate or Operations Business Finance teams you'll partner with engineering, manufacturing and purchasing teams to forecast and manage development spend and bill of materials forecasts. You'll contribute a finance perspective to important discussions in the Commercial, Operations, or Product Development process.
Responsibilities
- Support regular forecasts and other reporting to executives and other stakeholders.
- Perform financial analysis to aid business partners in identifying cost opportunities and risks.
- Consolidate financial data across multiple systems to prepare consolidated monthly reports and perform variance analysis for both operational and finance customers.
- Produce monthly variance reports and commentary on actual development costs vs. forecasted development costs / revenues.
- Prepare monthly accruals and monthly financial planning/budgeting.
Qualifications
- Must be currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree full time at an accredited university.
- Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- CFA, FRM, and/or CPA or foreign accountancy equivalent.
- 3+ years of corporate finance, banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting experience.
- Automotive industry experience preferred, with experience in bill of material highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities by identifying and engaging appropriate associates to deliver under given time constraints and deadlines.
- Excel power user with strong PowerPoint, Tableau or PowerBi skills.
- Ability to present ideas and complex concepts in a concise, well-organized manner.
- SAP experience strongly preferred.

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Internships: The range of pay for internships is 50.00-60.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, and other factors permitted by law.
