Natron Energy is the world's leading developer and supplier of high power, long life, and low cost Prussian Blue Sodium Ion battery solutions for critical power and industrial applications, including data center UPS systems and electrically-powered materials handling equipment.
Natron Energy will be seeking Material Handlers to assist in the assembly of battery cells and parts at its future Edgecombe County, NC location. Hiring for these roles is scheduled to begin in 2026. We are not considering any agency partnerships at this time.
Material Handlers at Natron Energy will support the day-to-day movement, handling, and storage of different materials, supplies, and goods throughout its various production areas and warehouse.

Responsibilities:
Shipping and receiving activities. Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; records, location of inventory. Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies. Document materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units. Prepares finished stock for shipment. Experience and Skills:
2+ years of relevant work experience Certified forklift, crane and other heavy machinery operator Exemplify a “can-do” attitude and spirit. Ability to promote teamwork, positive communication and cross-functional problem-solving. An excellent problem solver. Safety conscious: continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity. Knowledge of safety gear: Safety Glasses, Safety Vest, and Safety Shoes. (additional PPE may be required) Knowledge of all lean, 6S and flow manufacturing principles Requirements and Safety Considerations:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time. Able to operate and handle heavy machinery. No physical limitations to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including respirators when required.
