We are looking for an experienced, customer-centric Master Scheduler to join our team and repower industrial heat at scale. This crucial role will be pivotal in the on-time delivery and cost of our projects.

What You Will Do (key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to): 

  • Manage and review Material Requirements Plans (MRPs) and action messages to initiate supply chain requirements, with a focus short to medium term (1 to 6 months)
  • Establishes proposals, tasks, and program/project scheduling details for material planning
  • Support the Supply Chain team in calculating and making judgements on lifetime procurement and stocking and delivery requirements for all parts
  • Monitor on time delivery metrics from suppliers and take corrective action as needed
  • Identify inventory level & purchase order discrepancies as needed
  • Identify and resolve material supply issues to ensure support of demand requirements
  • Regularly communicate schedule updates, changes, and potential risks to all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project teams to establish clear milestones and ensure alignment with overall project goals 

 

What You Will Bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience 
  • +10 years experience with progressive responsibilities in a purchasing high tech purchasing environment 
  • Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex project schedules 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills 
  • Experience in implementing successful cost savings initiatives with suppliers 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools 
  • A bias for collaboration

This role necessitates being on-site at our Alameda HQ three days per week. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $135,000 to $150,000 and it would be eligible for Rondo's excellent benefits listed above plus additional compensation in the form of equity. Please note that some pay bands may have wide ranges of compensation to accommodate candidates' diverse sets of skill levels and experience.
