We’re on a mission to make low carbon technology irresistible. From solar panels to heat pumps and EV chargers, we’re helping customers cut carbon, save money, and future-proof their homes through energy independence. And we need a marketing powerhouse to make sure more people know about it, understand it, and most importantly—want it.

But before you get too excited, there are a few things you should know…

We don’t do things the traditional way. No agencies, no bureaucratic sign-off processes, and no unnecessary meetings. We have an incredible in-house team of designers, developers, copywriters, and media buyers, and we all work together to create campaigns that actually make an impact. For the right person, this is a freeing and revolutionary way of working, but if you need hand holding, this might not be the job for you. You’ll need to be hands-on, proactive, and full of ideas. Our team is lean, only four of us, which makes this the perfect place to own a huge array of juicy marketing projects. 

Our process usually takes up to 4 weeks, but we’ll always do our best to flex around what works for you. What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for domestic solar, heat pumps, and EV chargers—making sure we reach the right people with the right message at the right time.
  • Obsess over the customer journey, from the first spark of interest to the purchasing experience and beyond, ensuring the experience is as smooth, compelling, and delightful as possible.
  • Connect with our performance marketer to use learnings from our best performing ads and campaigns, identifying what’s working (and what’s not), and constantly optimising our messaging
  • Tackle the full funnel: landing pages, email sequences, support content, connecting with external partners—anything that helps customers move from ‘maybe’ to ‘yes’ faster.
  • Chat to people. Lots of people. Whether it’s the sales teams, engineers or product specialists—you’ll need to be curious to truly understand our customers.
  • Write copy that converts (or at least, be able to brief and steer great copy from our copywriters). From ad headlines to email CTAs, the words matter.
  • Be a problem solver. You’ll have the initiative to find and fix bottlenecks in our marketing approach before they slow us down.
  • And like any start up (yes we still see ourselves as a start up), you could be thrown into other random projects along the way.
  • What we're looking for

  • We don’t need you to have experience specifically in solar, heat pumps or EVs but you’ll need to be:
  • A self-starter with a passion for making complex things simple and compelling.
  • Someone who can read a data dashboard and instantly see the opportunities.
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives on getting stuck in.
  • A strong understanding of performance marketing, especially paid digital channels.
  • An obsession with customer experience—if you’re the kind of person who notices when a checkout flow is clunky or an email sequence is missing a key step, we want to hear from you.
  • Copywriting skills would be a plus.
  • A love for a fast-paced, no-red-tape environment where the best ideas win.
