Want to play a critical role in the leading battery energy storage company in the world? Fluence is seeking a Marketing Manager within our Americas Region to support our go-to-market strategy, including direct oversight of sales enablement, offer development, and new product introduction in Fluence’s largest market. This position is highly cross-functional. You will be the primary marketing interface with key global functions – including product management, product marketing, corporate communications, and commercial strategy – to accelerate the successful launch of new products, drive commercial alignment with our go-to-market teams, and build regionalized commercial offerings.
A strategic member of Fluence’s regional sales and marketing efforts, you will play a vital role in driving demand for
our energy storage solutions, designing and executing go-to-market plans, and achieving sales targets and growth objectives.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
•Crafting compelling sales material, including offer documents, commercial packages, pitch decks, and other selling tools
•Introducing new products and services through our regional go-to-market teams
•Coordinating regular sales trainings in collaboration with global teams and subject matter experts
•Documenting the customer journey and buyer personas to refine the sales pitch, develop relevant proof points, and support objection handling
•Supporting regional demand generation and marketing campaigns with compelling messages

In California, the standard pay range for this role is $120K - 150k annually. This range is specific to California and may not be applicable in other locations.
