Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are seeking a Marketing Lead to support Archer’s Advanced Technologies efforts. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone passionate about technology, aviation, storytelling and understands the integrated marketing ecosystem including digital, experiential, comms, partnerships and more.
This role is based in-person at Archer’s headquarters in San Jose, CA and Design Studio in Mountain View, CA.
What You'll Do:
- Support go-to-market efforts for Archer’s products through high-quality marketing execution across digital, experiential, partnerships, and communications.
- Create and ship compelling marketing assets across channels including web, social, email, paid media, presentations, events, and product launches.
- Translate complex technology and aviation concepts into clear, engaging visual and written storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Comms, and business development to support launches, pilots, and ongoing campaigns.
- Assist in developing campaign concepts and narratives, then execute assets end-to-end from brief through delivery.
- Support content creation including launch materials, explainer assets, short-form video, product demos, and internal-facing materials.
- Contribute to experimental and emerging formats (e.g., technology demos, interactive content, experiential activations) as part of Archer’s innovation-forward brand.
- Maintain a high bar for quality, clarity, and brand consistency across all outputs.
- Support ad hoc marketing and communications needs as Archer’s advanced technology efforts evolve.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, product, creative, or related roles, preferably in technology, aerospace, or adjacent industries.
- Strong visual and storytelling instincts, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
- Hands-on experience working with creatives to produce marketing assets across digital channels (web, social, email, presentations, etc.).
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with designers, engineers, product managers, and external partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in an in-person, collaborative environment and contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Genuine interest in emerging technology, aviation and curiosity about how they intersect.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working on advanced technology, developer, or highly technical products.
- Experience with B2B and app marketing
- Familiarity with experiential, event, or field marketing.
- Experience supporting product launches or beta programs.
- Exposure to performance marketing, analytics, or growth experimentation.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s strategy. For this position, we are targeting a base pay range of $130,800 - $163.500. Actual compensation offered will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
