We are looking for a Market Intelligence Manager as part of our China team.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting and analyzing market research studies to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
 
You are required to work closely with regional and global product marketing and finance representatives to sharing the China market intelligence supports strategic decisions on product and business plan, as well as sharing market insights at management level on regular basis.

The Role

  • Identify key sources of information, plan, design and execute market research studies that cover regional insights of sales performance, infrastructure development, industry related policy, competitor forecast, industry forecast.
  • Describe and structure the China market environment through data driven models.
  • Work with product marketing and finance to dig-out business factors, write reports and recommendations that support business/strategy decisions. 
  • Maintain and digitalize the database of market intelligence to support fast react and timely iterative study requirement. 
  • Generate market insights, e.g. sales report, policy changes, key competitor information’s on regular basis.
  • Requirements

  • 7+ years relevant experience in automotive with good understanding of market environment.
  • Market intelligence experience or relevant occupation like product marketing, product planning that can turning market intelligence into relevant business insights and strategies.
  • Experience on working in multinational environment with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work in teams and collaborate effectively with x-functional team in different regions
  • Strong business acumen and good understanding of P&L
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented, stay focus and keep high efficiency 
  • Self-disruptive, curious and keep learning
