We are looking for a Program Manager- Manufacturing Operations to join our team to coordinate and facilitate cross-functional activities supporting Manufacturing, Operations and Global Supply chain organization. You will create development schedules for various strategic initiatives indicating critical path and key decision milestones You will also identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors. As a PM documentation is key part of your responsibility – you will work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product, processes and the documentation requirements for successful completion of certain projects.

You will be work onsite at our location in Devens, MA and report to the SVP, Operations.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Facilitate communication and cross functional alignment within the stakeholders across organization and with other cross functional teams on various initiatives.
  • Lead project meetings and document action items and progress. Identify and prioritize key tasks and program risks
  • Set a tone for work quality and accountability within the team; understand programmatic issues affecting final product and delivery timeline.
  • Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects across the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of program management experience with accomplishments in concept to market product development
  • Strong written communication skills are critical for this specific position.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, analytical and financial skills are preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to react to shifting priorities to meet business/project needs and deadlines
  • Collaboration/ Matrix environment mindset

$86,000$94,000 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​

Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package. We feel strongly that our team should not have to worry about having quality healthcare. In addition to the base salary offered, the hired applicant may receive:​
