You Will:
Lead software developer to develop and sustain custom automation modules and solutions specifically hosted in the Ignition platform provided by Inductive Automation.Development of Enterprise applications for Manufacturing related functional modules.Connectivity management with Peer systems and third-party systems for Manufacturing enterprise modules.Delivery of MES projects (development to testing and deployment) through agile processes.Including future-oriented remote diagnostics in the development of modules.Business Process mapping to enable digitization of modules with respect to KPIs.Creation of digital blocks and standardization of the same, with ISA-95 framework in all manufacturing areas. Defining template for data extraction and transfer to the data repository.Visualization of Module wise connectivity, and changes in functions, based on data generation/availability and enrichment of functions.Development of standard interfaces for integrating enterprise systems- such as web services and XML file exchange. Deciding crucial inputs for Nerve center diagnostics and reporting.Creation of Interactive UI/UX for multiple personas in Manufacturing for various scenarios and multiple instruments. (Desktop/Mobility/Tablet etc., i.e., responsive UI.)Connecting reports to business KPIs and aiming for high penetration of report/insights- MES terminals/functions utilization.You Bring:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics/Instrumentation Minimum of 2 years of Software Development field experience.Experience with: MES Manufacturing Execution SystemRockwell FTPC with around two years of overall experience.Programming in Java.Database Concepts of SQL Server: DDL, DML, DCL, Indexing, Join, Subquery, Union, Order by / Hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA and SSRS.All l Ignition Modules like Alarm, EAM, Device driver, Tag Historian, DB Management, MQTT, etc.Various Ignition Architecture, Licensing schemes, Python Scripting, reporting in the ignition.Large-scale design and development of HMI, MES, and SCADA systems built around the Ignition platform.Implementing complex network architecture in cloud and on-premises Ignition.SCADA system and troubleshooting knowledge.Various device interfaces like OPC UA, Modbus, DNP, MQTT, etc.PLC logic and programming.Work on large and complex projects for SCADA and High-Level Controls with minimum supervision.JDBC, ODBC databases, writing medium to complex queries, and stored procedures.Python Scripting, Handling SQL Queries..
