About the role
In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and PLM teams to ensure our parts are well documented. You will work with teams responsible for various areas of the farm to understand pre-existing documentation and drive part documentation to completeness and ensure parts can be procured by Supply Chain. You will also collaborate with the cross functional engineering team to become familiar with our grow room systems and assist in commissioning activities and documentation.
What you'll do
- Ensure design documentation is complete by pulling information from various sources (3DX, Catia, Excel, google drive, Arena)
- Transfer 3D part information across PLM systems (3DX, Arena)
- Communicate with Engineering team to ensure all information is complete and can be purchased
- Communicate with our PLM team to ensure all information is accurate and follows Plenty standards
- Assist in commissioning activities for grow spaces including sprint planning, activity prioritization, and issue tracking
- Perform systemic troubleshooting (Root Cause Analysis, 5 whys) to solve problems that are found during site commissioning
- Assist in authoring operations handover documentation
- Contribute to future farm grow space design based on experience on current farm commissioning
- Work day-shift from Monday - Friday around 7:00am - 3:00pm
What you'll bring to the table
- Experience with PLM processes and documentation
- Experience working with engineering and supply chain teams
- Understanding of documentation completeness (user manuals, cut sheets, 2D drawings) and purchasing processes
- Familiarity with 3D part files and drawings, including but not limited to: .stp, .prt, .dwg, .pdf
- Experience working in manufacturing environments
- Good organizational skills and ability to communicate with cross functional teams

Food safety requirements
- Comply with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations
- All employees must show proof of COVID vaccination before starting work, other than in limited circumstances where the law requires an exception
- Comply with GMP/GAPS in the Facility
