Natron Energy is the world's leading developer and supplier of high power, long life, and low cost Prussian Blue Sodium Ion battery solutions for critical power and industrial applications, including data center UPS systems and electrically-powered materials handling equipment.
Natron will be seeking manufacturing associates to join our operations team to support battery pack assembly and testing at its future Edgecombe County, NC location. Hiring for these roles is scheduled to begin in 2026. We are not considering any agency partnerships at this time.
This position will assemble components into battery packs and conduct quality control checks. Qualified applicants have prior hands-on experience performing hardware device assembly, preferably in battery, semiconductor, medical device, or similar industries. This position requires hands-on mechanical and/or electrical assembly work.

A key contributor to the battery pack manufacturing team who will be trained to do multiple functions. Assemble battery components and battery module assemblies, including but not limited to: wire assemblies, cell assemblies, and PCBAs. Connect battery assemblies to battery test equipment and operate battery test equipment to perform routine testing. Analyze operating procedures and functions of equipment and machinery to reduce time and cost of assembly manufacturing processes. Provide critical feedback to help the team optimize process improvements and cycle time to increase production efficiency. Complete production documentation, ERP system data entry, and receive finished batteries into inventory. Experience and Skills
Experience working in a manufacturing setting. Strong experience executing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for mechanical and electronicassemblies. Experience with ERP and MES systems, and inventory transactions. Careful and meticulous when working with hardware devices such as batteries and when logging data. Team first, a positive attitude is a must! Preferred: Hands-on production experience working with electronic hardware, materials and/or chemicals. Safety Considerations
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time. Able to operate and handle power tools. No physical limitations to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including respirators when required.
