About the company:
Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do
- Lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems and solve with automated, algorithmic
systems and solutions.
- Plan, develop, identify/evaluate cost-effective systems and procedures for production of eVTOL
aircraft battery packs, electrical sub-systems, electric drive train and on-board firmware.
- Bring expertise of Multifunctional needs to produce solutions that support corporate
compliance and goals.
What You Need:
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems or related.
- 1 year in the job offered or as a Business or Computer Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst or
related.
- Experience in a skill set that includes expertise in manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain
solutions in ERP in the electric vehicle industry working with battery operations,
charging infrastructure, integration of ERP with external MES systems, system and architecture
evaluation, supply chain management and finance coordination.
- 5% domestic travel required.
