Director, Technical Content Development and Localization
What You Will Be Doing
The Manager, Technical Content Development will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic vision in planning, execution, and management of all technical content development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing user-centric documentation, training, and other technical content for ChargePoint hardware, software, and services that is intuitive and modern. You will drive the creation of clean, easy-to-consume, yet detailed technical content using text, illustrations, video, and other online authoring tools. Your ability to work cross-functionally between engineering, support, testing, marketing, and product management is essential. You will drive collaboration between technical writers, illustrators, animators, and designers to create technical content and multimedia for internal and external audiences. You will maintain document revision control for content developed in multiple languages.

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $87,500 to $166,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
