This Finance role is responsible for leading the forecasting, budgeting, and reporting process for North American Sales and Service including the retail operations of the Lucid Studios and Service Centers.
This role is focused on planning and reporting for revenue, headcount, OpEx, and CapEx for all retail locations.
This position will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure that OpEx and CapEx spend are managed efficiently and at budget.
The role manages multiple reports.
The main responsibilities fall in three areas:
1) FP&A: Partner with Retail and Facility Operations, Purchasing, Lease Administrator, and Real Estate to plan and forecast headcount and operating costs for all retail locations
2) Accounting: Partner with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Accounting, Internal Control, and Tax to ensure the purchase-to-pay process (incl. lease obligations) is smooth with the transactional data recorded accurately and timely, and audit and tax compliant
3) Systems: Ensure all systems are aligned with the P2P process and forecasting for all retail operations. This includes ERP (SAP S4/Hana), Visual Lease, Purchasing, Vendor Invoice Management, and Anaplan
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $131,000 – $187,000

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
