What You Will Be Doing

The Order Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end order management process. This role entails leading a team of professionals, fostering collaboration across departments, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of order management systems, and the ability to navigate cross-functional dynamics effectively.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of order operations specialists.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members achieve performance targets and adhere to established processes.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement efficient and scalable order management procedures and workflows.
  • Monitor order processing activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Analyse order processing metrics and identify opportunities for process enhancement and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, logistics, and finance, to streamline order fulfilment processes and address any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Act as a liaison between the order management team and other departments to facilitate communication, alignment, and resolution of cross-functional challenges.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including distributors, resellers, and customers.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance system capabilities to improve order management efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proactively address customer feedback and deliver exceptional service experiences.
  • Ability to work across time zones in India, Europe, and USA (California)

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
    Proven experience (10 years) in order management or a similar role, with a track record of leadership and achievement.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and CRM Salesforce, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
